Body Literacy Basics

a teen girls’ fertility awareness class

Girls, this class is for you!

Body Literacy Basics is a teenFEMM© course specifically designed to help educate and empower young girls and teens as they navigate through the changes that come with puberty. Joelle and Taylor are dedicated to helping girls understand and embrace the changes their bodies undergo during puberty. With a focus on menstrual cycle health, charting, and body awareness, this course will provide a safe and supportive environment to discuss and learn about the intricacies and anatomy of the body, reproductive hormones, how to care for our body, and so much more.

Empower your teen with the knowledge she needs to make informed decisions about her health!

We are planning our next Body Literacy Basics session and would love your input. Should the class be virtual or in-person? What time of day works best for you? Help us answer these questions (and more) by taking our class survey below!
