Welcome to yinRoot!

Welcome to my blog...I'm so glad you're here!

yinRoot was birthed after years of dealing with fertility challenges. I always tell clients that birthing my practice had to happen before I could birth my son. yinRoot will always be my “first baby.”

So, why the name yinRoot?

When I thought about what I wanted my practice to embody, it was always the feeling of being rooted. I wanted women to feel grounded when they walked through my doors. I wanted them to know that they could plant themselves in my office and I would help them dive deep into the root cause of their fertility challenges + reproductive health concerns.

yinRoot is your place to find balance: the yin and yang.

“The yin and yang is a concept of dualism, describing how seemingly opposite or contrary forces may actually be complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the natural world, and how they may give rise to each other as they interrelate to one another.”

Working with me doesn’t mean that you can’t seek care from conventional medicine. There is a beautiful balance between our medical system and seeking more holistic. There is a time and a place for both.

Your route and journey to building your family or optimizing your female reproductive wellness will take time and it will require a lot of patience. Sickness, disease and cancer are not created over night, folks. It is the result of years and years of unhealthy habits and in order to change the outcome, we must take one step at a time in the other direction. Patience is a virtue. Are you ready?

Join me on this journey to finding your best you!

Until next time ... stay rooted!

Joelle
